Event Details

In today's fast-paced and demanding work environment, job burnout has become a critical issue affecting employees' mental health and overall productivity.

This event brings together leading experts in mental health, including Dr. Chung-Mau Chan, Chair of the Hong Kong Association for the Promotion of Mental Health, and Dr. Austin Tay, our beloved former HKPS president and DIOP Chair, to share valuable insights and practical strategies for combating job burnout. The online forum will be moderated by Mr. Elvis Tse (RIOP, HKPS) a lecturer and researcher on job burnout. Here we will explore effective approaches to enhance mental resilience, recognise early signs of burnout, and implement proactive measures to foster a healthier, more supportive workplace.
